Connector fans, also called “active transfer passages”, are a type of satellite ventilation system for individual rooms.  A fan, which can be installed in any door or wall element, blows air from one room to the next. And does so almost silently. These connector fans won first prize in 2011 in the product competition organised by the City of Zurich and the Minenergie organisation.
